Epping Forest Conservators’ consultation
Hello,
I wrote to you on the 19th October 2011 with regards to the forthcoming consultation on the Draft Statement of Community Involvement for Epping Forest.
I am pleased to say that the consultation is now active and will run through until the 9th December 2011.
The document is available as a download on the City of London’s website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/eppingforestconsultations
It is also available in hard copy at the three Forest Centres –
· The Epping Forest Visitor Centre, High Beach (open daily from 10am – 3pm)
· The Queen Elizabeth’s Hunting Lodge, Chingford (open Fri-Sun from 10am – 3pm) and
· The Temple, Wanstead Park (open Sat & Sun 10am – 3pm)
Your comments or suggestions will be most welcome at the following email eppingforestsci@cityoflondon.gov.uk
Comments can also be submitted via post to Epping Forest SCI, The Warren, Nursery Road, Loughton, IG10 4RW.
Alternatively, should you wish to discuss your thoughts with me in person you can attend one of the drop in sessions, as outlined in the Consultation Programme, or telephone 0208 532 5334 for further assistance. However, please note I will not be available between the 12th and 19th November 2011.
I would appreciate if you could speak to your friends, family, community groups and organisations who value the Forest, to let them know that the consultation is now active. I want to hear from as many people as possible!
If you feel you should not have been included on this e-shot and wish to be removed from our stakeholder list, please respond by return email.
Thank you and I look forward to reading/hearing your comments,
Laura
