3. Planning update
15a Pump Hill (April Cottage)
An application has been received to redevelop the property. 

No objection had been received from neighbours and on this basis the Committee did not object to the proposed development.

12 to 18 Pump Hill
There is already an existing three-bedroom property on the site with an application received for further development of the property. 

In addition to this an application had been received proposing the construction of a further three-bedroom property.

The Committee did not object to the proposed applications.

36 York Hill
A revised application had been made in respect of the first floor gabled extension.Concerns have been raised and the Committee were also concerned by the application as the property is Grade II listed. 

A member of the committee was designated to check the plans and report back at the next meeting.

 

 

 

 

73 Queens Road
An application has been received to build a single storey extension to the rear of the property.  The Committee noted that the property is not in the conservation area. 

Concerns had been raised that neighbouring properties may be affected by light reduction.

42 Queens Road
An application has been received to build a rear extension; there have been no objections from neighbours. 

A new application had also been made for a first-floor pillar supported extension at the front of the property. A letter had been written to Epping Forest District Council as they have approved the application. The Committee noted that as the property is not in the conservation area no further action can be taken.

Four Winds, Stony Path
An application had been received to fell the Cypress tree which is under a CTPO.A committee member was designated to make contact with EFDC  to organise the removal of the tree.  

 

 

9 Staples Road
The application received for a rear extension at the ground floor is above the existing lower ground extension. This is an on-going concern as noted in the minutes of 20 October 2011.An objection to the application has been received.
22 Stony Path
It was noted that to date no retrospective planning permission had been received for 22 Stony Path.
